In Katarenga, each player must advance two of their figures past the opposingplayer’s baseline to win the game. That may sound easy, but the opponent isflexible and dangerous. The abilities of the playing figures change from one moveto the next. Players must identify the advantages of these possible actions whilemaking clever use of those different strengths to outsmart their opponent.
